By accessing and using Cloudamo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in our Nextcloud offerings or legal requirements.
2. Service Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Cloudamo provides fully managed infrastructure, but you retain full ownership and responsibility for the data you host within your Nextcloud instance.
3. Billing & Payments
Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension and eventual termination of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Limitation of Liability
Cloudamo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.
Data Privacy Commitment
Your data privacy is our absolute priority. Unlike major tech corporations, we utilize industry-standard encryption and do not scan, data-mine, or sell customer data to third parties. Your files remain exclusively yours.
Information We Collect
We only collect information strictly necessary to provide and bill for our services. This includes your name, email address, payment information, and basic server metrics required for proactive maintenance.
GDPR Compliance
Our European datacenters operate in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee a 99.9% monthly network uptime for our Managed Nextcloud instances. Our Tier-III datacenters ensure high availability and redundancy for critical business operations.
- 99.5% to 99.89% uptime: 5% Service Credit
- 99.0% to 99.49% uptime: 15% Service Credit
- Below 99.0% uptime: 50% Service Credit
Support Response Times
Critical incidents (e.g., server offline) receive an initial response within 30 minutes, 24/7/365. Standard technical inquiries are handled within 12 hours during normal business operations.
Prohibited Content
To protect the integrity of our network and other clients, users may not use Cloudamo infrastructure for illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to: Hosting malware, phishing sites, botnet controllers, or material related to child exploitation.
Copyright Infringement
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international laws. Accounts found repeatedly hosting copyright-infringing material without authorization will be subject to suspension.
Network Abuse
Actions that intentionally degrade network performance, such as launching DDoS attacks or conducting unauthorized vulnerability scans from our servers, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
